Hi Refactual!

It’s Day 17 and we are going to DOMINATE today’s workout!

I’ve got some core-specific moves that both isolate and INTEGRATE those stabilizing muscles with your entire body to enhance your balance and performance in everything you do.

One of the things I used to get wrong was doing too many ab workouts. In fact, I used to make exercise my primary focus when it came to getting healthy and fit. But I learned later on that to really be healthy, I needed to focus on 4 key areas, what I now call my “4 Pillars of Health!

Sleep, Nutrition, Stress Management and Exercise are how I think about the key elements of my health daily – and keeping them balanced throughout the week helps me feel and look my best. Read my post about how this helps you today before or after your workout!
