30-Day Challenge: Day 18 – Full Body Shred

GREAT job on total core domination yesterday!

Today we are back at it with a 15 minute Full Body Shred workout- and all you’ll need is a towel or a band and something secure to wrap it around.

I know sometimes it can feel like we’re doing all this work and we should be seeing more results, faster – but actually there are a few key factors that influence your body changing that have less to do with exercise and more to do with your hormone balance.

Remember to listen to your body and use modifications as needed!
