Recipes! A light zucchini dish that works for breakfast and dinner; a family fave dessert for Eid; pad thai you’ve got to try, and more!

The long holiday weekend might send you to the grill, and we say hooray for that! But there’s still dinner to think about next week, so we’ve loaded in a few fast, no-cook options from our Recipe Finder archives. The newest Dinner in Minutes recipe is a bit of a sleeper to read, but trust me, the flavors are phenomenal. (You could try it for Sunday brunch, because it’s an egg-on-it dish.)

More highlights: Kari Sonde shares a recipe for Chocolate Mousse Cake that her family loves for celebrating Eid. Becky Krystal has updated Nongkran Daks’s #winning formula for pad thai that is so good it will save you $$ on takeout (and possibly save you a special-ingredients trip), and Ellie Krieger gives us a salad that takes full advantage of in-season strawberries and fresh, crunchy sugar snap peas.

All that, plus a reminder to sign up for our next newsletter series, which will feature plant-powered cookery. It’s free, you know.

Hey there! I know this is kinda off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this website? I’m getting fed up of WordPress because I’ve had problems with hackers and I’m looking at alternatives for another platform. I would be great if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
