These workouts are specially designed to enhance total body strength while restoring balance and improving core development.
Using a properly inflated exercise ball and bodyweight, these routines target all areas of the body effectively and are suitable for all levels of fitness. The routines can be done in any order and it’s recommended to do a workout 3-5 days per week for optimal results.
There are 5 workouts you can do. Each one takes 20-25 minutes or you can repeat the circuit to make it more challenging.
